4. Consultation frequency may be increased to meet the college's populace needs. The college nurse together with DSA and the guidance office conducted various consultation among populace. 100% See Attachment Completed
5. The oxygen tank may be filled to make it functional. The college had already make sure that the oxygen tank is refilled every time it’s emptied. 100% See Attachment Completed
6. Maintenance plan may be developed for established. In-charge personnel are being assigned by the administration to make sure that all facilities are functional. 100% See Attachment Completed
7. A waste disposal management System may be established. The admin conducted beautification and cleanliness contest among the colleges that led to the observance of proper waste management in the campus.
In addition, Garbage bins were also distributed to every building to maintain the cleanliness of the campus.
